Orders & subscriptions

• Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. The price at checkout is what you pay for that order.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval. You can cancel, pause, or change your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us.
• We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including stock limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve already paid for, you’ll receive a full refund.

Shipping & returns

We ship to U.S. addresses. We aim to process orders within two business days. If a product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Opened or partially used supplement tubs are not resellable; we handle these on a case-by-case basis.

All text, images, and branding on this site are the property of Creativa Health or its licensors. Don’t copy or redistribute them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Creativa Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
